PRINT FLOOR INVENTORY LABELS

Purpose:  The purpose of this report is to provide a PDF document with floor inventory labels/tags to be printed in the Showroom.  NOTE:  The label/tag 'Template' must first be defined in 'Setup'.  Contact support@pdfsystems.com for assistance in setting up the label template.

Screen Options:

• Template (dropdown/required)
• Default Quantity (required) - This quantity entered is the number of labels that will print for each item selected.
• Line (dropdown/optional) - NOTE:  While a 'line' selection is optional it does help to narrow down the search of items.
• Search - The user can begin entering a style name/color name/item number.  As the user enters the information, a search will be performed returning a list of items that match the input and are available for selection.  If a 'line' is selected then only items within that line are searched.

Items (display section):  This section will contain a list of items that match the search above; displaying the following information:  

• Line
• Item Number
• Description
• Quantity - The quantity will default to the quantity entered above but can be changed for each individual item.

Item Section Button Options:

• Select All: If selected then all the items listed will be highlighted blue.
• Unselect All: If selected then all the items listed will be un-highlighted.
• Print: If selected then a PDF Document will open in a new browser tab.  The document will contain all the highlighted items in the 'Items' section.  From this new browser tab the user can select to save the document for use later or go directly to print.  NOTE:  Selecting this 'Print' button does not print any of the items listed in the 'Queue' section.
• Add: If selected then all the highlighted items will be 'added' to the 'Queue' below.

Queue (display section):  This section will contain a list of items that have been 'added' from the above button option.  If an item has been added in error selecting the red 'X' under the 'Actions' column will remove the item from the Queue.  The 'Queue' section can be useful when you are selecting a lot of individual items across different lines. 

Queue Section Button Options:

• Print:  Selecting print will open a PDF Document in a new browser tab.  The document will contain all the items in the 'Queue' section.  From this new browser tab the user can select to save the document for use later or go directly to print.  NOTE:  Selecting this 'Print' button does not print any of the items listed in the 'Items' section.
