EXPORT EMAIL LIST

Purpose:  The purpose of this report is to provide the user with an emailed report containing names and email addresses for the purpose of uploading into a third-party e-mail marketing platform system.

Screen Options:

• List (Customer/Line) - Depending on the selection different optional checkboxes will display:
• If 'Customer' is selected:
  • Only Customer With Employees (checkbox) - If selected, the report will only display customers who have at least one employee.  
  • Show All Employees (checkbox) - If selected, the report will display one line for each customer employee.  The main data information will remain the same on each line with only the Employee Name, Email Address, and Phone Number being different. NOTE:  This checkbox is not available if 'Show Lines/Accounts' is selected.
  • Show Lines/Accounts (checkbox) - If selected, the report will display one line for each Line/Account on the customer file.  The main data information will remain the same on each line with only the Line Name, and Account Number being different.  NOTE:  The report will display the same employee on all lines.
  • Exclude 'Ship To' (checkbox) - Only applicable to those Showrooms that converted to Web-MLS from the Legacy system.
• If 'Line' is selected:
  • Name (line selection)
  • Include all employees (checkbox)
  • Include Accounting employees (checkbox)
  • Include Marketing employees (checkbox)
  • Include Customer Service employees (checkbox)

Export (Customer): Selecting export will email a report containing information for all active customers that meet the criteria entered above. The report is sorted by customer number.  Some but not all of the information provided:

• Customer Number
• Name
• Street
• Street - Line 2
• City
• State
• Postal Code
• Country
• Attention
• Phone Number
• Resale Number
• Date Established
• Sales Person
• Rank
• Territory
• City Code
• Sales Type
• Allow Rep Calls
• Custom Fields - if applicable
• Employee
• Employee Title
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Customer Notes (if selected) - Notes will include the Employee's initials who entered the note, the date, and the note.
• Show Lines/Accounts (if selected):
  • Line
  • Account #

Export (Line):  Selecting export will email a report containing information for all selected Showroom lines that meet the criteria entered above; data will be displayed within two (2) separate sheets.
